These will tighten, tone the muscles around chin area.

Regular exercises: Start maintaining a healthy fitness or exercise regime that will help you manage your weight. The common fitness exercises include, push ups, sit ups, lunges, walking, jogging, swimming, aerobic exercises etc.

Chin lift: Sit straight in a chair with your back straight, look to the ceiling, pucker your lips forward. Hold this for five counts and release. Repeat this ten times.

Chewing gum: Chew bubble gums as it will give your jaws workout and helps to reduce fat in the area. And thereby it keeps the facial skin firm.

Neck rotation: Stand or sit in erect position. When you inhale, rotate your neck little toward the right side till your ear touches shoulder. When exhaling, push your head down until the chin touches your chest. Repeat these steps for the other side. Repeat this exercise ten times.

Sit straight: Always the right posture can help correcting the double chin problem. Use the posture correcting chairs if necessary.

Tightening chin: Sit straight, open your mouth wide and cover your lower teeth line with lower lip. Now open and close your jaw line. Repeat this for 10 times.
